Esna Officelinx Hospitality Messaging delivers a unique voicemail service to hotel guests. It integrates with hospitality specific phone systems to automatically perform standard hotel routines on mailboxes such as checkout and message redirection.

Automatic mailbox initiation upon check-in

The guest mailbox is automatically logged in and tutorial is activated. The first time guests call into their mailbox they are greeted with a welcome tutorial.

Automatic mailbox log-out upon check-out

When a check-out function is performed the mailbox logs itself out and automatically reroutes messages that have not been deleted to another mailbox where they can still be retrieved.

Automatic message play, save and delete

When guests pick up their messages, they are automatically played, and users can save or delete the messages. This option can be changed so that a default action, either save or delete, can be automatically performed once messages have been listened to.
